Stade Rennais FC has started the season with 27 players for the first training session. The Rennais followed their first collective session this Wednesday morning.
The players underwent two days of medical and physical tests before starting training. Young striker Elias Legendre Quinonez and Gonçalo Oliveira are in individual recovery.
The first four recruits, Adrien Thomasson, Issa Soumaré, Gonçalo Oliveira, and Nicolas Lemaître, have joined the team. Goalkeepers Mathys Silistrie and Kilian Belazzoug are also present.
Stade Rennais FC will play their first friendly match against Caen on July 9. The first day of Ligue 1 will take place on the weekend of August 22, with a trip to the PSG pitch.
