After a massive summer recruitment with arrivals like Eliezer Mayenda, Bryan Reynolds, Gonçalo Oliveira, Charlie Cresswell, Arnaud Nordin, Adrien Thomasson, Issa Soumaré and Nicolas Lemaître, Stade Rennais must now focus on selling some players to balance its finances. The Bretons have already validated several big-name arrivals that allowed them to assert their presence in the top tier of French football. However, to maintain an equilibrium and profitable squad, the club must now part ways with key players.
Among those potentially leaving are former Marseille player Lilian Brassier. The central defender will not be retained if a sufficiently attractive offer comes through.
